great room but limited ocean view

The room had ample space, which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the high counter separating the living area from the bed, creating a nice division.

Booked a last-minute stay and was pleasantly surprised! The room was super spacious, almost like a suite, and really comfy. Loved chillin' by the gas fireplace with a view of the harbor. Food options nearby were awesome, especially Half Moon Bay Brewery. Just wish the heater and AC didn't have that weird setup—kinda annoying to deal with. Overall, a lovely stay!

Just a good match for taking strolls in Half Moon Bay with excellent value for money. The bar staff was really friendly and made our visit enjoyable. Make sure to check the dining options nearby since the facilities on-site may be limited.

I loved the fine ocean views from my Beautiful King Room. The luxurious spa treatments were the perfect pampering I needed after a long week. Plus, the excellent walking trails around the hotel made it so easy to enjoy the fresh sea air!

Rooms exhibit dated, shabby chic decor, definitely needing a makeover to match expectations for a four-star property. Noise from the foghorns and nearby roads might disrupt a peaceful evening, while parking can feel insufficient, especially in the evenings when finding a good spot becomes tricky.
